Please read the following Terms carefully before using our products and services.
Basic Suggestion
- Try to avoid directing high-pressure water at the edges of the paint protection film, to ensure the adhesive maintains the best adhesion to the paint surface.
- Avoid washing the car for the first 7 days after paint protection film installation, to allow the film to adhere properly.
- Avoid aggressive rubbing; use light pressure to clean the affected area.
- Whenever possible, park in shady or covered areas to protect the PPF from prolonged sun exposure and environmental pollutants.

At UC Films International Pvt. Ltd., we strive to maintain the highest standards in product quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our Our Warranty Terms explain the coverage and conditions for claim eligibility.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The Paint Protection Film (PPF) is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
The PPF has not been used or installed on any vehicle.
Returns are not accepted if the PPF has already been applied to a vehicle, even if an issue arises later.
2. Warranty Claim
We offer a comprehensive e-Warranty in case any issue arises after installation, such as:
Adhesive failure
Gumming or peeling
Air bubbles or surface defects
Our warranty coverage includes:
If the entire vehicle has issues due to defective PPF, we will provide a replacement roll free of cost.
If the issue is limited to a specific part (e.g., bumper, door), we will measure the affected area and provide replacement film for that specific part only, free of cost.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
If a detailer notices any manufacturing defect or issue before applying the PPF to a car, we will exchange the roll with a new one at no extra cost.
4. Courier Charges
For full PPF roll purchases, the courier charges are to be borne by the buyer.
We only cover courier charges for sample PPF rolls, which are sent to customers for testing or evaluation.
Important Notes:
Any return, exchange, or warranty claim must be supported with photo/video evidence of the issue.
All claims must be reported within a reasonable time frame from the date of delivery or installation.
Final decision on replacement or exchange rests with UC Films International Pvt. Ltd. after verification.
- Damages to the film surface caused by improper or neglected maintenance.
- The user’s failure to follow the film’s instructions or improper handling.
- Damages to the film resulting from glass breakage due to accidental incidents.
- Warranty card transfer with mismatched vehicle identification information.
- Claims made beyond the warranty period or outside the coverage stated in the warranty statement.
